Join the Part W workshop at UKREiiF

Part W is heading to UKREiiF for the very first time and we want you to join us!

On Thursday 21 May at 11am – 12pm, we'll be hosting the ‘Built Barriers: Workshop - Unpicking Gender Barriers in the Built Environment’ at the London Pavilion. It's our first ever session at UKREiiF, and we're excited to be bringing the conversation to one of the sector's biggest stages.

Part W Team

The workshop will be led by Part W Core Members Yemi Aladerun, Sarah Castle, and Satcher Shrestha.

This interactive workshop is part of our ongoing Built Barriers campaign, which explores how gender shapes experiences of the built environment and what the industry can do to address it. The session will focus on a practical checklist and toolkit currently in development, designed to tackle inequalities in planning and design. Attendees will have the opportunity to road-test the resource and help shape it into something that drives meaningful change across the sector.

Whether you work in planning, development, housing, regeneration, design or delivery, this session is for you.

If you'll be at UKREiiF, we'd love to see you there! Come ready to share insights, challenge assumptions, and contribute to a resource built for the whole industry.
